The Spice Girls were a crucial component in the development of young females throughout the 90s. As with most 90s pop bands, each Spice Girl took on a different persona, resulting in some members becoming more popular than others.

If you best identify with the bubbly persona of Baby Spice, you are most likely addicted to lollipops and have an extensive collection of pink paraphernalia. You’re sweet, girly, fun loving and convey an ~innocent~ essence. But don’t think your pigtails and schoolgirl-like apparel can fool everyone; you have some serious spice hidden beneath all that sugar. You also may experience stiffness in your finger joints from giving the peace sign far too often.

As the token athlete of the group, Sporty was limited to donning sportswear and was encouraged to karate-kick thin air on a regular basis. If you’re a Sporty fan, you love Adidas track pants and firmly believe that crop tops are appropriate wear for any occasion. You’re energetic, positive, and super protective of your (girl)friends. You also most likely have an out of date obsession with tribal tattoos and gold-capped teeth. You used to distinguish yourself as a “tomboy” and now you think you’re really laid back and stuff - although that’s debatable. Zigazig ha!

Posh Spice is arguably the 3rd/4th most popular member of the band, and for good reason, too. If you relate mostly to Prude Posh, you’re reserved, hard to read, and prefer to spend time… alone. Although you probably have a wicked fashion sense and gorgeous boyfriend, you may need to be reminded on occasion to spend more quality time with your friends. It also wouldn’t hurt to smile a bit either.

If Ginger is your favourite Spice, you’re a born leader and embody natural confidence. You are loyal to your friends, love to rock some serious highlights, and would NEVER put a guy first. It is impossible for you to leave the house without your platform boots and firmly believe that females should dominate the world. GIRL POWER!!

Let’s be real here, was anyone’s fave Spice Girl really Scary? If in fact yours was, you definitely march to the beat of your own drum. You’re wild, wacky, loud, and a massive fan of animal print. Although your rowdy personality can get out of hand sometimes, you are a great listener and understand the importance of friendship.
